The Thumper Sesh is a short targeted 1/2 hour session in which powerful battery operated tools are used to vibrate and percuss your stuck spots away leaving you feeling lighter and more relaxed. It can also aid in healing via increased blood flow yaddah yaddah, but really it just feels fan-friggin-tastic.
